While working at 7egend, I collaborated with well-known brands to create engaging websites and mobile applications. I handled design from start to finish, from initial concept to user research, sketching wireframes, building mockups, and finally polishing the interface look and feel. Here’s a glimpse of some of the key products I worked on during my tenure.

McDonald's App

Problem statement

McDonald's wanted their customers to connect more easily and to speed up the order processing at stores, so they asked 7egend to build a mobile app that offers:

  • Menu browsing with detailed nutritional information

  • a Restaurant locator featuring available services and options

  • a McDonald’s Rewards program for earning points, rewards, and exclusive coupons

  • Personalized push notifications for promotions, offers, and updates

Design Challenge: Develop an intuitive app that allows users to view menus, locate nearby restaurants, and access promotions, including a loyalty program.

Outcome

The McDonald’s app successfully increased customer engagement by providing personalized offers and a streamlined loyalty program. With an intuitive interface, clear navigation, and seamless backend integration, the app reinforced user satisfaction while maintaining consistency with McDonald’s global brand identity.

This project reinforced the importance of aligning digital solutions with brand values and user expectations to drive engagement.

Meo Sudoeste Festival App

Problem statement

MEO approached 7egend with a challenge: to transform the MEO Sudoeste festival experience into something truly unforgettable. Festival-goers needed more than just schedules and maps, they wanted a digital companion to guide them, connect them, and amplify the fun.

The vision was to create an app that brought the festival to life, featuring an interactive map with stages and amenities, a dynamic artist lineup and schedule, and social features like chat and ride-sharing coordination. It wasn’t just about utility, it was about creating a vibrant, connected community and making every moment at the festival easier, more engaging, and memorable.

Design Challenge: Develop an app that provides real-time information and enhances the music festival experience.

Outcome

The MEO Sudoeste app transformed the festival experience by giving users seamless access to everything they needed, from live schedules and interactive maps to artist lineups and key updates. Designed to capture the vibrant energy of the festival, the app delivered an intuitive and visually engaging interface that made planning and navigation effortless.

Prevented with offline functionality for areas with limited connectivity, its social features fostered community interaction and the app quickly became an essential companion for festival-goers. Its launch resulted in a significant rise in downloads and active engagement throughout the event, proving the impact of context-aware design in elevating user experiences during live, large-scale events.

GNG App & Website

Problem statement

GNG, the official representative of Levi’s, G-Star Raw, and Dockers in Portugal, aimed to develop a unified digital platform that would allow customers to discover trends, shop online, and access exclusive vouchers and promotions. The objective was to deliver a seamless e-commerce experience across both the app and website, functioning as a multi-brand product catalog, with streamlined user accounts for order tracking and wishlists, and full integration with in-store loyalty programs to reinforce each brand’s online presence.

Design Challenge: Create an e-commerce platform that offers a seamless shopping experience across multiple brands.

Outcome

The GNG app and website successfully delivered a seamless multi-brand shopping experience, enhancing online sales and customer satisfaction. By combining intuitive navigation, responsive design, and high-quality visuals, the platform strengthened the digital presence of Levi’s, G-Star Raw, and Dockers in Portugal, providing a cohesive and engaging user experience across both app and web channels.

The project highlighted the significance of cohesive design in multi-brand platforms to ensure a unified user experience.

Vitaminas App

Problem statement

Vitaminas wanted to digitize its loyalty program, allowing customers to earn and redeem rewards across its restaurant brands. To create that we needed to implement QR code scanning for in-store purchases, with real-time reward balance tracking, to allow users to access exclusive promotions and campaigns.

Design Challenge: Design an app that facilitates easy tracking of purchases and rewards redemption.

Outcome

The Vitaminas app successfully digitized the brand’s loyalty program, enabling customers to easily track purchases, redeem rewards, and access exclusive promotions. With an intuitive and engaging interface, the app delivered a seamless experience that boosted customer retention and encouraged repeat visits across all restaurant brands. It also ensured full compatibility with multiple POS systems and introduced gamification elements to enhance user engagement.

This project highlighted the powerful impact of well-designed digital loyalty programs in strengthening customer relationships and driving repeat business.
